We live in constant rush. Pressure. Responsibility. Endless stimulation.

Our nervous system stays in βsurvival modeβ for years. And at some point, it simply says: enough.

βͺοΈ We have a magnesium deficiency β which may increase muscle tension and trembling.
Magnesium deficiency can also cause heart palpitations and heightened sensitivity to stress. Proper supplementation may help reduce the physical (somatic) symptoms of anxiety and nervous tension.
