This is a quick reminder that we are now open again! We ensure that staff and clients wear protective face coverings and regularly wash their hands and/or use hand sanitiser.

Please rest assured that we are going to extreme measures to sustain a safe, sanitised environment within 1Escape Health Club in which we are situated in.

We are following HSE Guidelines as usual. In addition to this, there are cleaning sessions taking place to further emphasise sanitation for 30 minute durations at a time.

Keeping this in mind, we hope everybody continues to practice good personal hygiene in order to keep yourselves and others safe!

Good evening everybody! As the COVID-19 restrictions are being lifted, we are pleased to announce that we are reopening on Wednesday 15th July!

Any bookings can be made from then, now that we are back in business! Please be assured that we are following HSE Guidelines as usual; practicing social distancing where possible and using face masks during appointments.
