A Fascia-Focused Yoga Workshop for Women
Ever felt like you are bigger on the inside than you allow yourself to be?
Our body and voice are in constant flux with each other. When our body feels tight and stiff, so does our voice. When we do not voice our thoughts or speak our truth, the tissues of our body respond by layering up and tensing inwards. With the tension and stress building in the body, we loose the ability to feel and communication within breaks down. What can not be felt, can not be expressed.
This workshop is an invitation for women to practice together and tend to the areas in the body that support our voice. Through fascia-focused yoga, self-directed massage, slow melting stretches and gentle voice exploration, we’ll create conditions for the deeper fascial tension to melt, enabling greater ease in the body to support a more intimate capacity to feel and trust what arises from within.
Without pushing or performing, we use sound as a way to listen inwardly, to sense resonance and to notice what is asking for space - developing a presence of Self that is more whole, grounded and internally anchored.
No vocal experience is needed. Voice explorations are optional, with plenty of space for quiet and rest.
