🌟I am thrilled to be holding space at the beautiful and serene Saturday 28th March
2-5pm🌟

Join me to start your weekend with a deeper connection
to your body and mind.

Through a morning of mindful movement, slow melting stretches and self directed massage, we will turn our attention inwards to listen deeply to the sensations of the body, bringing stillness to the mind.

The practice is unhurried and accessible, offering space to soften, stretch and reconnect with your body at your own pace. Focusing our practice to target the fascia tissue in the body, we will create space for you to regain ease of movement and connection within, leaving you recharged for the rest of your weekend.

No previous experience with yoga or fascia work is needed - just willingness to slow down and listen inward.

🌟a space to help the recovery of your muscle tissue?

The Deep Release will help you release deep set tension in your body, as well as cultivating body and breath awareness with the help of slow melting Yin stretches and Myofascial Release Techniques.

Each class will feature a section where the application of balls and props will be used to apply acupressure in particular areas of the body (self-directed massage), followed by a yin yoga sequence.

These classes are slow but strong with plenty of opportunity to tailor the practice to your body and experience. Through Hatha Yoga and mindful movement we focus on the relationship between the body and the breath, helping you to develop both flexibility and strength whilst introducing mindful concepts and relaxation.

Each class has a stand alone focus but are also structured to tie into each other to benefit those who are looking for a course-like experience and want to commit to a regular practice.

All levels of yoga practitioners, especially beginners, are very much welcome!

Join this immersive wellness experience that invites you to slow down and reconnect with your body in a supportive, restorative environment❤️

Through a thoughtful blend of fascia-focused Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Myofascial Release lead by Kristin Kristjansdottir we will explore movement and stillness in ways that nourish connective tissue, support joint health, and encourage ease throughout the body.

The practice is gentle yet effective, offering time to explore sensation - stretch and strength, release habitual tension, and cultivate resilience from the inside out.

Join me for this Fascia focused Yoga course Firhouse Community & Leisure Centre where we will use mindful movement to ease off the morning slump with strengthening and stretching sequences, creating a more limber body and clearer mind for the rest of the day. ☺️

We will also bring in some slow melting stretches and self massage with therapy balls to inquire deeper into set tension within the body and find further relief.

All are welcome - from experienced yoga practitioners to beginners on the mat. ❤️🙏

A Fascia-Focused Yoga Workshop for Women

Ever felt like you are bigger on the inside than you allow yourself to be?

Our body and voice are in constant flux with each other. When our body feels tight and stiff, so does our voice. When we do not voice our thoughts or speak our truth, the tissues of our body respond by layering up and tensing inwards. With the tension and stress building in the body, we loose the ability to feel and communication within breaks down. What can not be felt, can not be expressed.

This workshop is an invitation for women to practice together and tend to the areas in the body that support our voice. Through fascia-focused yoga, self-directed massage, slow melting stretches and gentle voice exploration, we’ll create conditions for the deeper fascial tension to melt, enabling greater ease in the body to support a more intimate capacity to feel and trust what arises from within.

Without pushing or performing, we use sound as a way to listen inwardly, to sense resonance and to notice what is asking for space - developing a presence of Self that is more whole, grounded and internally anchored.

No vocal experience is needed. Voice explorations are optional, with plenty of space for quiet and rest.

I am delighted to be adding some new dates for this lovely space that was so helpful to many this summer.

I love sharing with you what your fellow yogis have experienced from the practice. A sincere thanks to those of you who took time to write to me.

If experience on the yoga mat is what you feel could help bring some balance to your week, we are back on the mat tomorrow night and on Thursday with two different practice. Tuesdays might suit if you are looking for feeling your body in the way of strength, flow and movement. Thursdays if stillness and recovery is what is needed.
