***Update*** Phonelines are back up and running. Thank you for your patience.

Dear Patients, we are experiencing some issues with our phone lines and have to turn our phones off earlier today until the issue is resolved. If you need a repeat prescription please email your details to prescriptions@grangegormangp.ie.
We hope to have the phones back up and running after 2pm. An update will follow then. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Dear Patients,
************Important Notice ************
Due to the severe weather warning tomorrow, we have been informed that the Primary Care Centre will be closed, tmrw Friday 24th Jan for the whole day. This action is for the protection and safety of you, the patients and our staff. Here is what we recommend you do, if a situation arises.
1. If you have an urgent issue and need to speak to a doctor please call our usual reception, from 2pm TODAY, to be scheduled for a phonecall tomorrow. The doctors will be doing remote consults tomorrow, over the phone only, but they must be scheduled in advance ie. Book it this afternoon.
2. If an issue arises during the night or tomorrow morning and you have no phone consult for tomorrow, please call DDoc out of hours from 6pm tomorrow on 1800 224477. Our phone lines will not be open tomorrow.
3. If you need a prescription sent to your pharmacy please email us today on prescriptions@grangegormangp.ie. Please include your name, date of birth and the name of the long term medication you are on.
4. In the event of a medical emergency tomorrow, please go to your nearest emergency department or call an ambulance if warranted.

Good Afternoon patients. Due to a software update we do not have access to our computer system for the remainder of the day. If you need a prescription or an appointment booking please call tomorrow.
