Leo Cruz Counselling Counselling and Psychotherapy I am a counsellor and psychotherapist working in private practice in Dublin.

My approach is integrative based on Humanistic-Existential traditions. I bring together different modalities to address the unique problems of each client. This allows the client to achieve greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, ownership, better relationships and more control over his life. My therapeutic goal is to help the client understand what is happening in their life, reflect on past experiences and how they impact the person you are today.
