✅ UCD Women, Gender and Social Justice programme is half way there with Module 3 starting this month.
All the women had their first tutorial for this module with Beatrice Hughes in Loreto Centre last week.

🤩 So incredibly proud of all the women who continue their educational journey and give so much energy to this programme.

• Improve balance and co-ordination
• Strengthen muscles and joints
• Slow down the effects of arthritis and osteoporosis
