I know I haven’t been very active on here lately — life has a way of pulling us in different directions, and I’m sure many of you can relate. Still, I want to take a moment to say thank you. To those I stay in touch with, whether through work or personally, I’m so grateful. The connections I’ve made over the years truly mean so much to me, and I feel blessed to have crossed paths with such amazing people. 🌸
As many of you know, my journey with women’s health started young — I was just 29 when I went through menopause, and it has shaped so much of who I am today. For a long time, I’ve been speaking up about menopause and women’s health, not because it’s easy, but because it matters. Recently, I asked if anyone would be interested in meet-ups, and your positive response really touched my heart. 💕
I want to be clear: this isn’t about business, numbers, or boosting a page or a work profile. Right now, I’m not working — there’s no hidden agenda. This comes purely from a wish to create something genuine for women — whether you’re living with PCOS, endometriosis, peri-menopause, menopause, or any other women’s health challenge.
In the past, I tried to set up events with certain services and individuals, but sadly, what was promised wasn’t delivered. At one point, I even found myself nearly pushed out of something I had started in good faith. That was tough, but it opened my eyes. What I know for sure is that I’ve always wanted to help people from a place of honesty — and I always will.
I’ve stayed quiet about those experiences for a long time, but now feels like the right moment to speak. For me, this is about moving forward with clarity and heart, and about building something real together — a safe, supportive space where we can meet, share openly, and lift one another up.
Life has thrown me plenty of challenges lately, but like so many of you, I’m still here, still showing up. And I know that together, we can support each other through it all. ✨
I’ll be sharing the location soon — I’ve been chatting with someone and just need to finalise a date. I’ll check in with you all very shortly.
