Our daily habits, whether consciously chosen or unconsciously developed, serve as the building blocks of our lives. These habits influence how we spend our time, the quality of our relationships, our health, and ultimately, our happiness and success. Positive habits, such as regular exercise, healthy eating, and continuous learning, can lead to a fulfilling and prosperous life. Conversely, negative habits, such as procrastination or excessive screen time, can hinder personal growth and well-being. By intentionally choosing and cultivating beneficial habits, individuals can effectively steer their life in a desired direction, demonstrating the profound impact of consistent actions on life outcomes.

Hello and welcome to my page 🌞let me introduce myself and tell you a little bit about me and my practice.

My name is Antonia and I am the proud owner of Inner Balance counselling and psychotherapy. I am a humanistic integrative therapist and I support individuals in their unique journey of self discovery and personal growth.

When naming my practice I got inspiration by the ancient Greeks that used to say "all things in good measure" and I am a firm believer that finding balance in life is crucial, especially in today's fast paced world where we can lose sight of what truly matters and life itself can become challenging.

Finding our Inner Balance, that state of equilibrium within ourselves where we are aligned and in harmony, is a continual process, not a one time event and requires understanding and accepting ourselves at a deeper level.

Talk therapy is an excellent way to help us explore our emotions, understand ourselves and others better, break unhealthy habits, care for ourselves better build resilience and the list goes on, but ultimately it can help us take steps towards achieving balance in our lives.
