So proud of this group of men - some I’ve known since they were boys! - who showed amazing grit, determination and commitment to win the Senior Club Football All Ireland Final. Couldn’t have done it without the amazing support of who have been there for the whole journey with supplies allowing me to keep these men performing over the past year. 👏🏻🏆

We went to swim in the sea today and then my hooman’s got hot drinks while I had treats. Now I am pooped. The end.

Went to the river, changes starting already so summer definitely over. Had a bath now in all wrapped up for the evening.

Huge thanks to for providing the Cuala Senior Footballers with the Normatec compression boots from for the Dublin Senior Championship. We’ve been using them as part of our recovery strategy and it’s played a huge role in helping to keep fresh legs on the field. Player compliance is high due to its ease of application. A great addition to any team setup.

It was a big one. Off the back of my visit to yesterday, I was in the river for my usual Sunday antics. Then we went to but I was in the way so I had to move to the inside of the table - wasn’t impressed. Then I laid about in the sunshine with my dad for Father’s Day, he then tried to explain depth perception to me - apparently “this Boo is small, and this Boo is far away” - whatever, as if I’ll ever need to know that!
