September. A month of shifts and transitions, a bridge between seasons, a potent time for energetic transformation. Let's tune in… how is your energy? Are you feeling connected or disconnected? Drained or energized? Open hearted or introspective? In September, we will tend to the subtle body– made up of energy and consciousness, where our life force (prana) flows.
This month: A U R A
Think of your yoga practice as a modality to bridge the connection between the physical body and the higher self, the spiritual self. September's curation will consist of asana, meditation, and breathwork to tune into the subtle body. Through practice and mindfulness you can strengthen your inner light and cleanse your energetic field– so that your aura shines bright.
We are moving beyond just the physical to acknowledge the consciousness that makes up our essence, our way of being, our way of walking in the world. Because how we show up matters and yoga teaches us that we get to choose how we show up.
