๐๐๐๐ฃ๐ ๐ฎ๐ค๐ช to everyone who gave us feedback on class preferences and class times. In response we are introducing three NEW classes to our schedule!!
๐พ๐ค๐ง๐ ๐๐ค๐๐ - starting this Thursday (tomorrow), 7.30-8.20pm with Sofia. 50 minutes of breath work, exercises and movements to strengthen your core. Perfect for all levels and especially beginner friendly. The class is non heated, but expect a warm room!
๐๐ง๐๐๐๐ฎ ๐๐๐จ๐ฉ๐ค๐ง๐ - starting this Friday, 7.15 - 8.05pm with Arianne. A slow 50 minute mindful practice based in breath work, yin postures, rebounds and a deep relaxation to restore the mind and the body at the end of the week. Non heated but again expect a warm room!
๐๐๐ง๐ก๐ฎ ๐ฝ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ค๐๐ ๐๐ฉ๐ง๐๐ฃ๐๐ฉ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ฃ๐ (heated) - starting Friday Oct 10th, 7.10 - 8am with Olwyn. A 50 minute strengthening class that focuses on building strength, stamina and flexibility. The slow pace of this class makes it accessible for all levels. This is already a very popular class on the schedule and we are excited to put it on first thing in the morning so you can have the best start to the day.
