Unlike other clinics, at Urbana, we adjust the laser settings in accordance with how sensitive you are and what you can manage personally.
Like with most treatments it depends on the person and of course on the area being treated.
But we will ALWAYS make sure you feel comfortable, at ease and relaxed.

AND our lasers all have additional cooling devices to lower any sensitivity you may feel during your treatment. Don't forget, during your patch test you will get an idea of the sensation before your first session too

Save this for your next appointment! Let it be your pre-laser protocol

A close shave allows more of the laser's energy to pe*****te
That means better results.
But timing is everything...

Please, Do NOT Shave on the day of your appointment
Shave 24 Hours before your session
This means there is enough time for the skin to settle before your treatment and less irritation after your treatment!

And to make sure you are shaving safely, always wash your blade after use
Thoroughly dry it and replace the cap before storing away in a DRY place please
