Yesterday we had the opportunity to work with Kristina in a session tailored to her needs as a professional dancer.

While having a recovery session we integrated it with cupping and orthopedic massage techniques helping her release deep muscular tension, improve circulation, and restore mobility in overworked joints. This allowed her to recover faster and maintain flexibility.

Kristina is a professional dancer and performer and we had the pleasure to work with her during the Dublin dates of these past 3 months at the .

Still buzzing from watching on Sunday at the — what an unforgettable experience! From the moment the first dancer stepped on stage, I was completely captivated. The energy, the rhythm, the precision of every movement… It was like watching poetry in motion, told through the thunder of a thousand synchronized steps.

The music soared, the dancers flew, and for a couple of hours, I was transported to a world where tradition meets pure adrenaline. I finally understand why this show has become a global phenomenon — it’s not just a performance, it’s a celebration of culture, history, and sheer talent.

If you ever get the chance to see Riverdance live, do it. You’ll leave with a full heart, tapping feet, and a whole new appreciation for the art of Irish dance. 🇮🇪✨
