Wanting to bring a bit of openess and movement to your tight hips or stiff back? Join me for a four-week online course focused on the hips, back, and shoulders.
Each week, we will start from the ground and work our way up using yoga asana to bring movement to our back, open our hips and open our chests, and learn how to safely incorporate these postures into our day-to-day lives.
Classes will be offered via Zoom and is offered to all levels - modifications will be offered to cater for all bodies and abilities. Everyone welcome.
