So happy to say that I am an Accredited member of the largest accreditation body in Ireland .ie ✨ All the required study, client hours & supervised work (blood, sweat and tears 😅) have brought me to this point ☺️

A narrative that we hear a lot around us is the “I’ll be happy when…” story. When buying into this story, we’re delaying our happiness and gratification based on a future outcome.
The difficultly with developing this habit is that if we believe that happiness or calmness will be achieved once you move up in your career, or find love, or lose weight.. you may ignore signs of burnout or that your current life is not fulfilling you. The reward is always in the future, pushing it further and further away from you.
Working hard for your future self is ok, but keeping an eye on what you can be doing in the present to bring you joy is important ❤️
