I caught a few nice ones but mainly got smashed around for 3 hours today...but guess what... can't wait to get up at 6am to go for round 2 tomorrow ๐Ÿ™Œ

It's the learning and practice stage of any task where you see the most improvements and most progress...it's also the time that people give up the most...

WHY?.....Expectations of instant success!!

My instructor is surfing for 20 years I've been surfing for maybe 20 hours...what can I expect...for him my waves are easy and probably boring...but for me it's fun as it's my journey!! ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ˜Š

If something is hard and takes time, effort or discipline to get good at...IT HAS VALUE!

Getting fitter is no different...if it was easy to be fit it would be standard, it would be boring, it would not be valued!

Its THE JOURNEY that makes earning that dream body or completing that marathon more special!

If we skip or hate the journey or even worse, quit when it gets hard, we will never enjoy the best part of life!

Staying the same and in your safe place eats into our time to learn and grow...

๐Ÿ” Always be challenging yourself physically and mentally and set goals far out of reach that they make you a bit scared!

As I say to my Boxing clients, "you have to be a bit scared to be hit, to properly defend yourself" if you never venture into challenges you never know what it takes to succeed!
