For those who are stressed or have experienced trauma, a fast-paced yoga class or a fast workout can sometimes feel overwhelming, and pushing harder can make the nervous system to stay in alert mode. Which can be the opposite of healing.

In Trauma-informed Yoga meets Pilates classes we move slowly, we breathe deeply, and we give your body choice. This tells your nervous system - "you are safe now."

Trauma-informed Yoga meets Pilates classes (beginners and seniors)

I am so happy to have the Charlemont Resource Centre as a home for our Trauma-informed Yoga meets Pilates classes!

This class combines the yoga's flexibility and mindfulness with Pilates' core strength and movements to improve posture and balance.

This fusion creates a balanced routine which enhances functional movement, and promotes better alignment for injury prevention. 
To ensure an inclusive space, I am offering a sliding scale fee:

€20/class (if you can support people to join us!)
€15/class (you will be able to support someone in the future!)
Free: 1 spot for International Protection Applicants
