This time of year many of us can suffer from seasonal allergies and hay fever. Here are some tips to help ease the symptoms:

Do:
- stay indoors if you can
- shower and change your clothes after you've been outside
- keep windows and doors shut
- vacuum often and dust with a damp cloth

Do Not:
- cut grass or walk on grass
- keep fresh flowers in the house
- smoke or be around smoke
- dry clothes outside
