We are very excited to share our events to celebrate International Women’s Day 2026 😊

Teaming up with Ballyboughal Hedgerows Society to offer Forest Bathing & Meditation amongst the trees in the lovely nature reserve from 11am to 12. We will connect to the trees and beauty around us with a little sensory walk followed by a relaxing meditation.

Followed by Yoga for Feminine Energy in Ballyboughal Hall 2pm - 3
This practice will connect to our Shakti, our feminine power that exists within all beings

Both events are open to all genders, everyone is welcome to celebrate and support International Women’s Day with us 🩷👏🩷

We have a very special event to honor the next phase of the Celtic Wheel Lughnasa 🌾👨‍🌾🌅

The Yoga Clann and are teaming up to celebrate and mark the beginning of the harvest season🌽🔥🧡

We will have breathwork, movement, ritual, fire ceremony, and a cleansing sweat in the sauna to help us welcome and honor the harvest time and fruits of our labor as we spiral into this new phase 🌀
