Omega-3s, that are found in salmon and mackerel, have been found to slow down cognitive decline. The mind and heart may be more connected than we had previously thought. If you knew serving your heart the nutrients it requires to function at it’s best also did the same for your brain 🧠, wouldn’t you have started being more food conscious sooner?
I am sure most of us would agree, however, it is not too late too start.
