Doula Help:
For families that will benefit from help in their home before, during or after a birth. To get the household chores done so you can rest? I can help.

I am a Birth and Postpartum Doula, infant feeding specialist, with paediatric first aid, Garda vetted, insured, Covid regulations compliant. • Would you benefit from some help in your home?
• Long ‘to do’ list and you don’t know where to start?
• Breastfeeding, and feel like you don’t get anything done in the day because baby constantly feeding?
• Formula feeding, and feel like you spend all your time washing and sterilising bottles?
• Pumping and tired from bottle feeding and expressing?
• Is your brain a bit foggy and paperwork piling up?
• Would you like someone to help you, for a few hours, while you care for baby? During the current pandemic, families more than ever, are without local community and family support that was available to previous generations. As a healthcare worker I can fill the gap. If you have recently given birth and find yourself struggling, I will help, day and night services available. I am a Mom of 2, I have breastfed, expressed and bottle fed. I will help you and your family in your home, to adapt to new arrival and put in place a routine that suits you.

Delighted to announce that upon successful completion of the 2 day Spinning Babies workshop I am now incorporating Spinning Babies techniques into my antenatal sessions. As a result of this I am adding an Antenatal appointment at week 22 of pregnancy as part of my Birth support package.

I had the pleasure of supporting Elouan of and his amazing partner Lia for the birth of their daughter. Today was my last Postpartum session with them and I was gifted this beautiful piece by the talented Elouan. I cried. And then I cried some more. It has been a wonderful experience to accompany this family on their journey ❤️

**Night Nanny / Postnatal Doula available**

Hello, I’m a holistic baby sleep coach (Lynsey Hookway course), night nanny and postpartum doula. If you are an exhausted parent and need support with your child’s sleep or just need a rest then get in touch.

I offer to take the baby for the night so the parents can have a solid nights sleep or enjoy a night out / away. I can facilitate either breast fed or bottle fed babies from birth up to 12 months.

I will come to your home, help settle baby, bottle feed baby or bring baby to you to nurse, nappy changes, winding, holding baby, reflux support, prep meals, put on a wash, fold laundry, sterilise bottles and pump parts. My main focus is to make sure you can get a good night's sleep while I tend to baby's needs. I will stay overnight and allow for you to sleep soundly in the comfort you will be able to function the next day and your baby is taken care of by experienced and qualified doula.

I live in the area and most of the families I support are local but I do travel to other areas within a reasonable distance if you know someone that would benefit from support.

At a recent Postpartum session my client asked me to help sort through all the unwanted and not needed gifts she had received, which included 6 jellycat bunnies and 2 prep machines (she was exclusively breastfeeding) along with too small and wrong season clothes.
A fortune was spent by her friends and family on gifts that went unused and which this client then had to sort to pass on to charity or store so as not to upset relatives.

Family and friends really do want to help, and they will appreciate guidance on what supports would be useful.
If you are pregnant or postpartum consider asking for things that will make your journey into parenthood easier and better supported.

· Organisation: kitchen presses, cupboards, wardrobes, sort clothes into seasons/sizes

· Paperwork and errands – help with filling out forms, drop off/collect dry cleaning, post collection
