Join Lisa & Tom for a candlelit Winter Yin & Sound Bath on Sunday, Nov 23 · 4–6pm at Yoga Next Door.

We’ll melt tension with long, nourishing Yin holds and then drift into deep rest as Tibetan bowls, chimes, and the gong wash over you.

Two sisters venture to create a beautiful, fun loving community space for Students to Grow though Yoga.

HYD Studios comprises of three individual studio spaces adjacent to each other. BUT CURRENTLY WE HAVE MOVED ONLINE!

Yoga Next Door (Earth Studio), Hot Yoga Dublin (Hot Studio) & Pilates Dublin invites you to transform your mind and body in in a quality studio sanctuary.

The spacious yoga studio's are flooded with natural light and have state of the art heating system's installed. The Hot studio silently pumps in heated FRESH, hypo-allergenic oxygenated air and is designed to provide the perfect conditions to practice Hot Yoga.
