End of first day of our teachers training at with and I'm not not sure whether I'll be able to walk or lift my arms tomorrow 😂 but it's totally worth it! I am learning so much it's mind-blowing. Super grateful to be part of it with some really lovely instructors 💜

I am missing my adventure buddies so much! Throwback to our heavenly boat trip to some of the most beautiful places in the world. Next September we will be boating along another side of Sardinia, visiting the island where Garibaldi was exiled and, of course, splashing around! I am blessed with the best friends one could ask for. and I met in our early twenties dancing funk and hip hop with my ex-skating teacher. We went through everything together: heartbreak, fun, adventure, anger, fear... You name it. Even when we were far away from each other. We lived together, had a huge fight, didn't talk to each other for a while, and then that, too, passed. On the other side of all the drama, we are two women who love and support each other. Who have compassion, patience and understanding for each other. And who still double over laughing over the silliest things 😂 I love you. I am grateful for you. 💜
