I graduated from this week 🎓
Feeling deeply grateful — and inspired.

The research has been incredible, especially around inflammation, meditation, nervous system regulation, and time in nature. Lifestyle medicine continues to show how powerfully the six pillars — movement, nutrition, sleep, stress management, connection, and purpose — support both prevention and healing in chronic disease.

More and more, the evidence is pointing us away from a pill-for-everything approach and back towards practices that reconnect us with the body, with nature, and with ourselves. Slowing down. Breathing. Moving. Breaking old patterns of thought and behaviour — and consciously creating new habits that support health and vitality.

Once again, modern science is confirming what yogis have known for millennia.

✨ If you’re curious about how these approaches can support your wellbeing — personally or in the workplace — get in touch.

Park Yoga is back Tomorrow 11am, Herbert Park. Bright & 9 degrees, wear layers. Move, breathe, reset in nature & winter light.

We’re back outdoors and I couldn’t be happier 🌞 Movement & fresh air = instant nervous system reset.

Why outdoor practice matters:
• boosts serotonin & mood
• supports immune & metabolic health
• resets circadian rhythm
• reduces stress & inflammation
• reconnects us with nature & community

Wrap up, warm hat, layers, gloves & cosy socks 🧤🧘‍♀️
Open to all levels, beginners welcome.

Tomorrow’s forecast is bright, calm and clear. A perfect morning to stretch, breathe and connect under the open sky.

Bring your layers (it’s Autumn after all), your mat and that little spark that says yes to slowing down.

We’ll move with nature’s rhythm, steady, grounded, alive. Letting the breath soften the edges and the body remember ease.

Yoga outdoors reminds us that well-being isn’t something we chase. It’s something. We return to again and again.

Join me for an hour of movement, stillness and simple joy.

Ireland’s wellbeing gap is growing especially for women.

The Irish Life Health of the Nation 2025 report paints a familiar picture:
➡️ Stress and anxiety are rising year after year.
➡️ Women are feeling it most balancing work, parenting, caring, and the endless mental load.
➡️ Many of us know what supports our wellbeing… but we’re simply too stretched to do it.

What I see in coaching and wellbeing work echoes this research.
So many brilliant women are trying to keep everything together yet underneath, there’s exhaustion, disconnection, and self-criticism.

Here’s what helps:
🌿 Pause give yourself permission to rest without guilt.
🧘‍♀️ Move & breathe regulate the nervous system and release tension stored in the body.
💬 Reflect & reconnect through coaching, community, or conversation.

Real wellbeing isn’t about doing more it’s about reconnecting to what matters most and building from there.

If you’re ready to shift from running on empty to living with more balance, energy, and self-compassion coaching can help.

✨ DM me to explore 1:1 or workplace wellbeing coaching sessions.
Together, we’ll help you reconnect with your energy, purpose, and potential.

I read some interesting research on nature based interventions recently. Main take away is nature is great for your mental and physical well-being.

Ask anyone who walks, runs, practices yoga in the park how good it feels.
