Baby massage is a wonderful, nurturing time for you and your baby. It is suitable from 6 weeks to pre crawling and courses are run over a 5 week period in a relaxed homely environment. Classes are approx 1.5 hours including teas coffees treats (healthy and not so healthy )and chats after.

Baby yoga continues on the 19th of March at 10:15 a.m. class is 1 hour long and filled with stretches, singing, rhymes and sensory play. This 5-week baby massage course is a wonderful opportunity to spend quality time, one to one with your baby. Learn over the 5 weeks strokes for all the body parts, including the colic routine, which is a fantastic tool to use for digestive issues. Colic wind reflux and constipation.
Baby massage kind of help. Soothe and encourage, sleep and feeding for your baby.

Our classes are totally baby LED so crying feeding changing is all normal within the class. Even if your baby sleeps for the class, you will still be able to see The strokes performed from the instructor and follow in your book with instructions to do the massage at home.

My classes run on Thursdays from 11: 30 am for just over 1 hour. Tea & coffee is after the class .
I supply the oil & books, cushions & mats, tea and coffee. There is plenty of parking and plenty of room inside the hall to walk around. Feed your baby, change your baby and do what you need in this class because it is totally baby lead and they are the boss ! 🥰
