Baby massage is a wonderful, nurturing time for you and your baby. It is suitable from 6 weeks to pre crawling and courses are run over a 5 week period in a relaxed homely environment. Classes are approx 1.5 hours including teas coffees treats (healthy and not so healthy )and chats after.

Signing up to a baby massage class allows you to meet other new parents and gives the support needed in the first few months after giving birth.

The classes are completely baby led which means crying, feeding, sleeping, changing all go on during the session.
This allows you the time and space to bond with your baby and learn how to communicate in a loving way.

Every week you will learn new massage techniques to do with your baby leading up to the full body massage routine in the last week and our little graduation party .

After each class there are refreshments and time for you to chat with other new parents.

Louise will always teach the massage techniques on her doll and parents are the only ones massaging their own baby.

This class is suitable for babies between birth and pre crawling.

Classes run 5 weeks a term and you can book the upcoming one via DM to Louise or 0851206059 .
Next term 18 th September 11.30-12.45 Thursdays in
Plenty of parking, plenty of room in the hall.

Classes are totally baby led, they are the boss!

Crying, sleeping, feeding and changing is all part of the class so you can move round during the class to attend to what your baby needs .

Baby massage can help
Bonding 🫶🏽
Wind 🌬️
Feeding 🤱🏽
Constipation 💩
Sleeping 😴.

Meet other new mums from the area and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee together after class. We have a lovely big hall so plenty of room .

BABY YOGA IS BACK THURSDAY 8TH MAY !
4 week course is running 8, 15, 22, 29 May .

Baby yoga helps encourage rolling, tummy time, head control, baby reflexes to name a few.
We sing songs & rhymes while using sensory aids and have some fun.
Mum will also take part in some core & flexibility exercises through the class .

This class has a bit of everything, stretching, singing, sensory & massage .
