Things always have a way of working themselves out ✨ (especially when you decide to turn bad circumstances into the best thing that could have happened)
Let me tell you a little story about where I've been...
Two years ago, I had a bad reaction to the COVID vaccine and ended up with something like long COVID.
I paused and rested, and after three months, it became clear that my healing journey was going to be a slow one. There was one day where I had to sit down and rest half way through unloading the dishwasher, and another day I had to take a 3-hour nap to recover from a 20-minute walk!
I hated to admit it, but my hypnotherapy business had to be put on pause to prioritise healing.
There were moments I was scared that I would never recover and other moments where I had to grieve and let go of the energetic, active person I used to be.
But I decided to turn the nightmare situation into the best thing that ever happened to me.
I signed up for a full-time gardening course - I could finally learn a new skill that I never would have had time to do if I had continued working!
The course lasted a year, and it meant that I was working with nature and people while my body continued to heal.
The strangest part, though, was what happened afterwards.
The week the gardening course ended, I was offered a part-time job completely out of the blue. Six months later when I felt strong enough to take on more work, another part-time job offer appeared out of nowhere!
Now I truly believe that when I surrender and find joy in the circumstances I've been given, the path reveals itself.
The photo I've posted shows me exactly how far I've come. The energy I felt with this group of phenomenal women is something I hadn't felt in over two years.
My trip to Guatemala was transformational in so many other ways that I hope to share soon!
But for now, I will say that I'm ready to share hypnotherapy again, but in a different form which will allow me to continue healing.
I feel like I've been sitting on so much valuable information, and now it's time to get it out in the world!
And of course now I know that all I have to do is take the first step and the path will reveal itself!✨
