Hi, I've finally taken up the opportunity to teach my reflexology skills and pass on the benefit of my experience at the local community college.

This is one of my favourite treatments to give & especially receive.

As the candle slowly burns down, you can hear the flame inside. It's a very genlte, soothing sound (I know that sounds a bit mad, but it's true). It's so relaxing, you might even have a wee snooze.

It can help to relieve pressure in your ears & head, leaving you a little lightheaded.

It can help to shift any waxy buildup in the ears, clearing the passageway for sound.
(Selective deafness will not be affected 🤣🤣🤣)

It is followed by some facial lymphatic drainage to help clear any toxins from the head & face.
