Thanks a million to our neighbours, the Dunboyne Cubs, who planted trees for Seachtain Naisunta Na gCrann, National Tree Week 2023, here in MSC.

Planting 20 Birch, Beech, and Elder trees will contribute to the Cub Scouts' Environment Badge.

Thomas Holmes for organising this initiative.

We look forward to seeing these trees grow over the coming years.

On International Women’s Day 2023, MSC would like to recommend a unique team-building option in Ireland and share our recent experience with an inspiring group of women. As part of Irish Refugee Council “Cooking with Refugees” programme, staff from MSC spent an enjoyable, informative, and delicious afternoon in the company of a number of women refugees from Algeria.

Employee wellbeing is very important to us here in MSC; as part of our Kickstart programme, we were delighted to have staff attend a Mental Health seminar.

This was aimed at addressing the stigma related to mental health and to help normalise the issues many people face day to day.
The turnout was great, with staff attending both in the office and remotely, although those who were remote missed out on the cakes!

Since starting the Kickstart Programme, our staff have walked/ran 2,000 KM! This is the same distance between Ireland and Italy, we might as well pop into one of our many Italian suppliers, Copan Group, Angelantoni Life Science S.r.l. FASTER and Diatech Pharmacogenetics.

It’s close at the top of the leaderboard coming into the last week, and teams are working hard before the finale next week!

Everyone has done great so far, and it is great to see so many people being involved.
