Last week was full of check ups for 1RMAXes: d.lift, bench press and back squat. So proud of myself. Can not believe it 1RMAX squat 90kg !!! Extremely happy but this is all me my hard work, patience, slow progress and listening to my body. 🤗

What's the point to work hard to get beach body for holidays if you come back with alien body??? How is it possible that we push ourselves so hard before holidays to let absolutely everything go a week later? How is it possible that people go back home with extra pounds and looking more tired than ever? Who said you cannot eat right and enjoy it? Who said you cannot work out on holidays and enjoy it? Who said your holiday has to be one big hangover? You wanna move a little bit? I'll show you how...max 30min of work including warm up and cool down. Tadaaah

Extremely happy finally I did my first wide grip pull up on Olympic rings. For some ppl might be natural exercise easy to do. Slow progress, it was always my goal :P
