MEDITATE.
Making an effort to make space in my day again for my meditation practice (which has practically disappeared these days! π)
I definitely think making an actual physical space you can come to helps alot.A few students have asked about timing yourself and whether to use guided meditations or not, my answer is, it depends on what works for you and also what mood youβre in...most of the time we sit there, close our eyes and our brains start buzzing and thoughts keep coming, thatβs when guided meditations and sounds can help, I still use the Insight timer app most of the time, it has tonnes of guided meditations.I also LOVE Yoga nidra, which is an amazing restorative form of meditation, you can listen to recordings here βββ
