If you are indecisive, stuck, lost or struggling with something, talk to someone you trust. You may not want or need advice, just someone to listen. Pick the right person who can do that. We all have intuition which is our own inner guidance system. Always trust that first, it never lies.

We too will only bloom with the right conditions. As a quote I love says "Don't forget to drink water and get some sun, you're basically a house plant with more complicated emotions". Be sure to tend to your roots and plant yourself in only the right places. As my friend Pauline B says, "you're so worth this sh*t" !!

Whether your gift is speaking, listening, writing, healing, entertaining, knitting, drawing, singing, DIY, teaching, organising, problem-solving, kindness, cleaning, gardening, push ups, languages, caring, parenting, humour, coaching, numbers etc etc. Be proud of it, share it and allow yourself to receive any appreciation or compliments you receive for it. Come out of the closet. Someone needs EXACTLY what you have to offer!!

Hey there. I just wanted to share this with you. I don't know if you listen to podcasts. I go through phases now and again. I came across this one last night and I actually cried listening to it. In the midst of all the darkness, bad news and heavy energy that's out there, this was a beacon of light. If you have 50 mins, maybe while you're sitting in traffic, ironing or chilling in bed, I'd really recommend listening to this. It will honestly warm the cockles of your heart and restore your faith in humanity. I'm also going to order Rob's book as I want to know about Ronnie. Happy Friday 13th, the day of the Goddess. It is said to have been a day, centuries ago, when those who understood herbs, the moon cycles, the goddesses, Venus etc, came together to celebrate and feast and get up to all sorts of shenanigans. This was branded Witchcraft in the 1400's by the Patriarchy and "healer" women were burned. This is where the notion of Friday 13th being bad luck came from when in fact it's a powerful day to honour the divine feminine and our innate creative power and abilities .
