Celeste is a physiotherapist and certified yoga instructor with a passion for helping people feel their best. A recent graduate of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI), she brings both strong academic knowledge and hands-on experience from clinical placements at Blackrock Clinic, Cork University Hospital, and the Rotunda Hospital—graduating with first-class honours throughout.

Blending her physiotherapy expertise with holistic movement practices, Celeste integrates yoga and Pilates (currently in training) into evidence-based rehabilitation. She has a special interest in lifestyle medicine and creating personalised exercise programmes to support long-term wellness, especially for those with chronic conditions.
