Our CHAKRA YOGA WORKSHOP is starting up soon.....

Date: Sunday, 31st January

Time: 11am - 1pm

Cost: €25 (10% discount to those on unlimited or with current class passes)

Chakra is all about emotions, our senses and how we feel energy tapping into lunar energy (our own innate cycle of energy) is a great way to listen to your inner voice. This is gentle, soft flow and a blend of Yin Poses.

When our chakras are in balance, this will free up vital prana or life force energy and we feel in synch with ourselves and the world around us. chakras

The workshop will introduce each of the 7 chakras and their function and we will focus on specific asanas (postures) to awaken and tap into the energy of each one.

The sequence will be a flowing style with some meditation and pranayama (breathwork) to start and finish with a nourishing yoga nidra practice.

You should feel balanced, re-charged and nurtured at the end of the workshop :)

Up and coming workshop I am holding in Barefoot Yoga and Fitness studio, Lucan village "Heart Opening Workshop". To unlock back tension, improve posture, release anxiety and get a nice inner glow going. Also work on the heart chakra centre through meditation and time for a long guided relaxation to finish.

Had my first flotation tank experience at the harvest moon centre yesterday evening..wow..fab treatment. .like being in a cocoon..felt very very relaxed afterwards. Would recommend to anyone if youre feeling stressed, sore muscles or a bit deflated withh life.
