Holistic Therapy offering Holistic massage, Depp tissue massage, Back massage, Sports massage, Lomi I have three years experience working with massage.

I studied holistic therapies for two years and spent a further year studying spa therapies. I now hold qualifications in anatomy and physiology, Body massage, Indian head massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Sports massage, Tui Na, Lomi Lomi massage, Lomi Lomi pregnancy massage, Thai yoga massage, Hot stone massage, diet and nutrition and stress management. I worked with both a 4 star spa and a holistic centre. Prior to the treatment I discuss with my clients what they would like to achieve from the treatment and I see if they have any particular problems or concerns. With this information I can customize the treatment specifically to suit the client. This makes each treatment a unique experience. Hse mental health service is a shambles for a long time now for as long as I know, nothing is changing and it's shocking as lives are lost 💔💔

At the moment we are keeping in line with government guidelines and are closed temporarily. We are in line with the phase 4 road map from the government which means we are looking at possibly opening again from July 20th. We will keep you updated in case there is any changes. (in Drogheda only)

In order to keep everyone safe I have decided to close Drogheda Holistic Centre until we get a handle on this pandemic.
I can however still offer distance healing (reiki) and Mandala art healing. (message me for more details)
These are trying times for all but this too shall pass. I'll be sharing tips and tricks for keeping balanced, relaxed and sane over the next few weeks.

Running my first art workshop on creating the Mandala on March 28th at the Crafty Fox in Drogheda

During this workshop we will be exploring our inner and outer world while creating our own mandala using compass and pencil along with mixed media on paper. Half day Workshop: 10:30am - 2pm. Price: €45
