I studied holistic therapies for two years and spent a further year studying spa therapies. I now hold qualifications in anatomy and physiology, Body massage, Indian head massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Sports massage, Tui Na, Lomi Lomi massage, Lomi Lomi pregnancy massage, Thai yoga massage, Hot stone massage, diet and nutrition and stress management. I worked with both a 4 star spa and a holistic centre. Prior to the treatment I discuss with my clients what they would like to achieve from the treatment and I see if they have any particular problems or concerns. With this information I can customize the treatment specifically to suit the client. This makes each treatment a unique experience.
