You can register for free for my International Council of Motorsport Sciences Cafe on 28 April, where I will discussing motorsport rescue and medical training.

You can become a member of the ICMS here https://icmsmotorsportsafety.org/membership-2 and be able to catch up on previous Cafes and the annual congress talks.

Join us to discuss what elements we need to think about when constructing and executing an effective motorsport training program. Our barista will cover the need to include all elements of the medical and rescue response and make each person ask the question what they will do to get their team to the level it needs to be at. You learn more about the challenges for motorsport training and how we might be able to overcome them with innovation and simulation. Link in Bio for details.

The next Cardiac First Responder Course is being held in:

The Cardiac First Response course is designed for employers, community groups or individuals to learn CPR and AED skills needed to deal with an emergency situation. This course is fully certified by the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council and by the Irish Heart Foundation.

This excellent course is suitable for everyone of all ages. The duration of the course is 4 hours and we will supply you with plenty of hands on practice and all the training materials you need.

On successful completion of the course you will receive a certificate which is valid for 2 years.

To ensure quality, the maximum class size is 8. If you have more to be trained just contact us and we will be happy to arrange an additional instructor or course for you.

Cost: €80 per person.

The biggest fear for a parent, grandparent, child minder or guardian is not knowing what to do in a medical emergency. Our Family First Aid Course has been designed to teach the basic life saving techniques to act quickly in the event of a Baby, Toddler or Child medical emergency.

This course which is being run in Garristown Community Centre on Saturday 24 February 2018 is delivered over 3 hours of practical training and information specially designed for families and carers. We will supply all training materials.

To ensure efficient learning the maximum number of participants per class is 10.
