As a Health & Wellness Coach & Nutritional Advisor I help clients achieve self-determined health and wellness goals. I work with clients to devise a step by step plan incorporating practical nutrition, clients likes / dislikes, cooking abilities and lifestyle. The plan is gradually integrated depending on the amount of change the clients is comfortable with.
I use a range of tools and techniques including Coaching, Stress Management and NLP to mobilise the clients internal strengths and support clients in overcoming barriers to improve their wellness. Additionally with my extensive nutritional knowledge I can educate clients too smile emoticon.
