Where to Find Cheap Therapy in Dublin Without Sacrificing Quality

In Dublin today, the rising cost of living is forcing many people to make tough choices. Rent, childcare, transport, and food often take up most of the budget. That leaves little space for additional costs, even when mental health support is badly needed.

Therapy can feel out of reach when private sessions often cost €50 to €80. For someone already under financial strain, that amount can be overwhelming. This is why more people are searching for cheap therapy in Dublin as a realistic way to access support.

For many, it passes quickly and can even motivate positive change. But for some, anger becomes a constant undercurrent, erupting in ways that damage relationships, careers, and health.

Is Online Marriage Counselling in Dublin as Effective as In-Person Therapy?

Online marriage counselling is just like traditional couples therapy—except the sessions take place virtually, typically via secure video platforms. You and your partner meet with a licensed therapist who guides you through discussions, conflict resolution techniques, and emotional processing, all tailored to your unique dynamic.

The key difference? You don’t have to travel across Dublin to attend a session. You can access help from your living room, your office, or even separate locations if you and your partner aren’t currently living together.
