I can't even count how many times clients have come to me with chronic pain (back, hips, neck, etc.) and felt more than 50% better by their follow-up session.
That’s the body responding once it's finally given the space to release, respond, unravel, and adjust. These chronic issues are often structural. The body is out of alignment, and pain is a signal, not the root problem.
If your pain didn’t come from an injury, fall, or accident but built up slowly over time, it could be your body asking for balance.
If you’ve been stuck in pain for months, even years, with no clear cause… look at your alignment. Your body may just need the right nudge to reset.
