Stress, fear, panic attacks, avoidance, anxiety, phobia, inhibitions and shyness were foremost in driving Thomas to 20 years of alcoholism.
Having reached a point where he was “close to death”, Thomas stopped, and, for the first time in his life, it was for no other reason than he didn’t want to feel like he did anymore.
Having found a happiness that he never thought possible, Thomas chose to go down a road where he could help people who were going through what he had. In order to do this, he had to find the people who would put the time and effort into teaching and training him.
He began this when he was lucky to meet the brilliant psychotherapist, Patricia Kelly. “She explained everything about panic to me and because of her; I was able to face the fears I had always avoided”.
