Ingredients
🌾 1 cup (100g) rolled oats
🌾 1 cup (100g) almond flour

πŸ§‚ Β½ tsp baking soda
πŸ§‚ ΒΌ tsp salt
🌿 1 tbsp chia seeds
🍯 β…“ cup (80ml) maple syrup (or honey)
πŸ₯š 2 large eggs (or flax eggs for vegan option)
πŸ₯› Β½ cup (120ml) almond milk (or any milk of choice)
🧈 ¼ cup (60ml) melted coconut oil (or butter)
🌿 1 tsp vanilla extract
🍫 ½ cup (90g) dark chocolate chips
πŸ‡ ΒΎ cup (100g) fresh or frozen raspberries

Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease or line an 8x8-inch (20x20cm) baking pan.

2️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together oats, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and chia seeds. 🌾✨

3️⃣ Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together maple syrup, eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. 🍯πŸ₯šπŸ₯›

Chocolate Oat Bars 🍫🌾

Ingredients
2 cups (180 g) rolled oats
1/2 cup (120 g) honey or agave syrup
1/4 cup (60 g) almond or peanut butter
1/2 cup (80 g) chopped dark chocolate
1/4 cup (30 g) chia seeds (optional)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
Instructions
❢ Prepare the mixture:
In a large bowl, mix the oats, chia seeds (if using), and salt.

❷ Melt the liquid ingredients:
In a small pan over low heat, melt the honey and almond (or peanut) butter until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.

❸ Combine ingredients:
Pour the warm mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.

❹ Add the chocolate:
Stir in the chopped dark chocolate until evenly distributed.

❺ Form the bars:
