COUNSELLING:
We offer one on one non directive counselling, Do you need help with stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, anger, addiction, loss, loneliness or other issues that are causing you difficulty? More than one in four adults will experience difficulty with anxiety, stress, anger, depression, loneliness or feeling down. It's not unusual to experience some kind distress in life. These difficulties can hold us back from enjoying life. They can also tell us that changes are needed. These difficulties don't have to make us feel bad forever. Therapy (counselling and psychotherapy) has been scientifically proven to improve how we deal with these challenges. SAND THERAPY:
Sand Therapy is now used worldwide in counselling children and adults; it is a useful, creative, technique and has an established place in most children and adult therapy rooms. Sand Therapy can be a non threatening approach to the counselling process. The therapist provides a safe space in which a person is supported to explore feelings and life situations that may feel challenging or overwhelming. Sand therapy allows for creative freedom and spontaneity in working with personal and life journey issues through use of symbols. Symbols are central to sand therapy. They provide insight into the world of the unconscious and some of the inner abstract areas of life become more accessible and visible to the person
