Hey everyone, as you know we are a tight knit community of professional hypnotherapists, graduates and students here at Hypnotherapy Business Academy. Our support and connection with each other is something we place a very high value upon. Recently one of my graduates and a students on the Healing Trauma leadership course got hit with the floods in Cork. We are all collecting donations to help her make changes to her home so future floods won't affect her. Susan is one of the most generous, kind hearted and good natured people you could meet. Not only that, she excels in Inner Child Hypnotherapy and Healing Early Attachment Wounds Through Hypnosis. If you can donate even a couple of quid I'd be deeply grateful. Meet Donna Barrett, she is a compassionate and person centred Hypnotherapist and Mind Coach. I'm so proud she choose to do the Triple Diploma in Hypnotherapy, Mind Coaching and Online Therapy with me. I'm privileged to call her my colleague and my friend. Donna was able to use hypnotherapy when she was going through her treatment to help her overcome some of the challenges and difficulties cancer treatment brings with it.
As Donna says, she was blessed to have a supportive family and a great partner. But it's not the same for everyone some people have to go it alone. Even if you have support, sometimes we need more than the support of friends and family - we need a trusted professional who truly understands where we are at.
REACH OUT
Don't go it alone. Don't allow fear or overwhelm to make things worse. Hypnotherapy is very effective at calming the mind and inspiring your body to reach optimum levels of healing throughout treatment.
