Mum and Baby Sanctuary Online Midwife-led Pregnancy yoga classes and Breastfeeding workshops. Maintain strength and stamina through gentle yoga poses in the comfort of your own home.

Online Prenatal yoga classes run every Wednesday night from 8-9pm. Practicing online prenatal yoga is a great way of preparing your mind and body for birth. Gentle stretches and adapted exercises will allow you to build stamina during the course of your pregnancy, while the relaxation session at the end will teach you how to calm your mind in preparation for labour. Postnatal yoga way to help your body get back to your pre-pregnant fitness level while Baby Yoga & Baby Massage Classes provide the skills needed to calm and relax your newborn baby as well as creating the perfect opportunity to meet other new Mums. Breastfeeding workshops and consultations are available also.
