I’ve a new ideology when it comes to training now. No more back days, chest days, arm days, legs days etc.
No more one area once a week.
I’ve stopped training to look a certain way; the way I train has dictated the way I look.
We have over 700 muscles and 360 joints in the body. The traditional bodybuilding style training that most people are use to isn’t sufficient to how the body was designed to be used.
You wouldn’t drive a Ferrari in a field;
so I have started training my body the way it was primarily designed to move and to be used.
Life isn’t linear and neither should your training.
Your training should be dynamic just like the way you live, the way you move, the way you develop and grow as a human.
