The Capuchin day centre has been my charity of choice for a long time. I see the queues increase year on year and not only at Christmas time which is so sad that so many people are struggling. As a way of paying forward the generosity and kindness that my clients have shown me and in the spirit of Christmas, Holistics Eimear has made a donation to the Capuchin Day centre.

Nollaig Shona ! Wishing you & all your loved ones a very happy & safe Christmas. May 2021 be a better year for everyone.
I finished work yesterday and was hoping to reopen on Monday 4th January. However with level 5 I will be unable to work for massage and reflexology. I'm waiting on updates from my acupuncture association AFPA on whether or not I can potentially do some acupuncture treatments. I will be in touch with all my clients who have appointments booked closer to their dates with updates. This year has been extremely difficult for everyone and I really want to stress how much I appreciate all the kind words, patience and encouragement from my clients. Stay safe & well Eimear x

The Capuchin day centre has been my charity of choice the last few years as I know they help so many people without passing judgement. I really can't imagine what it must be like this year for people struggling for basic necessities on top of all the covid madness. May 2021 be a better year for everyone.

Allowing registered Acupuncturists to support the health service especially during current difficult health crisis, such as now with Covid-19 lockdowns.

Unfortunately due to level 5 restrictions I am unable to work for the next 6 weeks. Both the acupuncture (AFPA) and the massage (IMTA) associations are lobbying the government so we can be recognised as essential health care workers. Hopefully this will change by the end of this year. Thanks to everyone for the kind wishes and support. I have loved being back at work the last 7 weeks and hopefully I'll be able to work again for the month of December. Stay safe & well Eimear x

Unfortunately Mark is unable to keep the premises in Manor Street as a result of the COVID-19 crisis.
I just want to thank Mark for all his help over the 8 years I've been working from his clinic. He is a walking encyclopedia and was always really generous with sharing his knowledge on an injury or complex acupuncture case that I needed some insight on. Also a big thank you to Valerie for taking my appointments and organising my diary with military precision.
I'm unsure as to when I will be back seeing clients, realistically it's looking like September or October. I'm paying close attention to HSE guidelines & my own professional associations on their recommendations. I will let you know when I am back to work, in the meantime stay safe & well & be kind to yourselves. Eimear x
