I am so excited to announce that after a very theraputic break, I am back up and running located in Seapark, Malahide - a beautiful cosy relaxing space with plenty of on street parking!

Therapies include:

A ceremony to honour and call in our ancestors and loved ones passed, to hold them in light and love, journey and commune with them to the shamanic beat of the drum and then bathe further on the deep and healing frequencies of a full sound bath.

A message of love and healing for anyone who is currently dealing with a difficult person…

Sometimes in life
There will be people
Who misunderstand you
Judge you, criticise you, ridicule you
And who place all kinds of labels on you.

Who believe that there is something wrong with you
And that you are the reason
For their problems

Who believe that you aren’t good enough, beautiful enough or successful enough
And compare you with others

Who monopolize conversations
And only talk about themselves

Who ignore, minimise and invalidate your pain and emotions

Who are constantly filled with negativity

And who attempt to control you
Or control your decision-making
And dictate the trajectory of your life.

Sometimes this is because
They feel that there is something lacking within themselves
And by bringing you down
They can feel better about who they are

Sometimes this is because they are jealous
And envy your success
And don’t wish to see you flourish and thrive

Sometimes this is because they are procrastinating
As they fear their own potential greatness and success
And are triggered when they see it in you

And sometimes this is because they are genuinely incapable
Of seeing your worth or potential.

These people come in many forms
Such as relatives, coworkers and toxic partners and friends
And it is inevitable that you will encounter them
At some point in your life.

Regardless of the situation
Always remember
That life is too short
To take their words to heart

Life is too short
To take what they say personally

And life is too short
To waste time defending and justifying yourself to those
Who will never truly see you or appreciate you.

Always remember
That someone’s actions and behaviour
Are ultimately a reflection of them
Rather than you

And you don’t have to give them power
To influence how you feel about yourself and your potential.

You deserve more
Than being someone’s emotional dumping ground

You deserve more
Than being someone others constantly put down and criticise

And you deserve more
Than being someone others mistreat, bully or harm emotionally

And so you have every right
To distance yourself from them
And remove such people from your life where possible

Or choose to set clear boundaries with them
And minimise the time you spend with them
In order to preserve your wellbeing

And when it comes to such people
Let your love
Be greater than their hate

Let your confidence
Speak louder than their insecurities

And let the beauty of who you are shine brighter
Than the ugliness of their character and actions

Understanding
That those who anger you control you

And so you should refuse to give them permission
To disturb your joy
Or disrupt your peace

And instead
Choose to see yourself
Through the eyes of those who love you, value you
Encourage you and see your potential
And surround yourself with people like this in your life

Or if you feel that you lack such support
Choose to be this person for yourself.

Note to Sound Therapists! - or anyone who uses Tuning Forks!

For many many years I have been using Tuning forks, incorporating into all therapies, not just Sound, and have never bothered using the rubber fork activator you get with them, I have always just used my knee!

Well….. I have had a slight issue with my knee over past years, this year really feeling it, so after doing some Reiki and a Shamanic Journey into it, apparently the problems lies in hitting my knee repeditively for so many years with Tuning forks!
So my advice to you is, if working a lot with tuning forks, use the rubber fork activator, not your knee!! 😆🎶
