Looking for a fun and relaxing hobby for your young kids or bored teenager? 'LittleYogis' offers a creative way for the kids and teenagers of our future generation to live a healthy and fit life whilst learning the art of yoga. Because children encounter emotional, social, and physical challenges or conflicts, a dedicated and intentional yoga practice that includes breathing techniques, behavioral

guidelines, and physical postures can be incredibly valuable for them in the long term but most of all it is fun!

'LittleYogis' offers a fun and creative way to learn the art of yoga through mindfulness, Arts & Crafts and Storytelling. Valerie is an energetic certified Yoga Alliance teacher (accredited by The Elbowroom association) who has been enjoying Yoga for the past 5 years

There are 2 age groups available: Children aged between 3 - 5 years and Teenagers aged between 6 - 11 years

* All classes are limited to 8 kids *

The prices available are
€5 for our 'Introduction Class'
€7 for our 'Drop in class'
€35 for 6 classes

Tree pose or vrksasana in sanskrit is a basic pose used to create balance and centering in the body.Tree pose strengthens and tones the leg muscles as well as the inner thigh and groin.Tree pose also helps in keeping the mind body and spirit connected as it creates balance and strength throughout the chakra system. This pose can help you gain clarity on how your body and life is doing, you cant balance on one leg if you are off centre likewise your life wont balance if your mind is in turmoil . Stand strong in your tree pose and get your mind body and spirit in alignment. "I am strong" is a good affirmation to say to your inner self while doing this pose. Namaste πŸ’š
