We are looking forward to our next Little bird book club on Wednesday, 13 May (starting at 6:30pm)!
📚
It’s a lovely way to get together in an informal, welcoming setting to discuss the ideas behind.a book, its plot and characters, and many other themes and threads that evolve in shared conversation. Our pick for May is “What We Can Know” by Ian McEwan.

“A quest, a literary thriller and a love story, What We Can Know spans the past, present and future to ask profound questions about who we are and where we are going. [...] What We Can Know is a masterpiece that reclaims the present from our sense of looming catastrophe, and imagines a future world where all is not quite lost.”

Tickets (€15) include a glass of wine (or cup of tea) and shared snacks. New comers always welcome!
P.S.: we would love to hear about the fiction and non-fiction books that have struck a chord in you; kept you up late; stirred your imagination; moved you to tears or made you laugh out loud! Feel free to share your book recommendations in the comments 🙏🏼
