Gently does it at Little bird this weekend!
We are offering two slow-paced, deeply relaxing workshops designed to release tension, re-balance the nervous system, and nurture your body from the inside-out.

Deep Hydration for your Fascia with and Aileen Curtin (Sat, 11 April, 3pm-5pm) will target the fascia system and meridians using micro-movements, soft equipment compression, and acupuncture techniques (or ear seeds) to restore balance and bounce to the joints and tissue.
On Sunday (12 April, 3pm-4:30pm), Deirdre Madden will guide us through a Restorative YogaSOMATICS journey combining supported postures, subtle body movements, gentle breathwork, and a dreamy Yoga Nidra. A chance to unwind deeply accompanied by soothing sounds and the refreshing scent of lemongrass incense.
