Come and engage in our 8 Week Personal Development Programme where you will explore and learn new ways to:
Manage emotions including stress and anger more effectively
Challenge negative thinking
Learn about your relationships and how to maintain balance and satisfaction
Look at and explore your own communication style and learn about positive communication
Explore how you can find life balance and satisfaction with all you have going on; family, friends, work, college, children etc etc
-You will be part of a small group, facilitated by two psychotherapists and community workers ensuring the experience is supportive and therapeutic for each participant.
