The Mandala Mantra is STRONG BODY | CALM MIND. The word Mandala means “sacred circle” in Sanskrit (मण्डल). Mandalas are circular, geometric designs that represent “wholeness”. The pattern of the circle is balanced, in harmony. The 'sacred space' within the circle is said to hold inner truth. Mandala symbolises circle, continuity, connectedness and represents our community of yogis, teachers, students and practitioners.

''Each person’s life is like a mandala – a vast, limitless circle. We stand in the centre of our own circle, and everything we see, hear and think forms the mandala of our life.'' - Pema Chodron -

What Are Private 1:1 Yoga Classes?

Private yoga sessions offer fully personalised guidance designed around your goals, your body, and your lifestyle. Instead of following a group pace, you receive tailored instruction, hands-on attention, and sequences created specifically for what you want to strengthen, release, or improve. It’s the most direct and efficient way to deepen your practice, whether you’re a beginner or experienced.

Why 1:1 Yoga Helps
• Completely Personalized
Every session is built around your needs—mobility, strength, stress relief, injury support, confidence, or simply learning the basics.
• Faster Progress
Individual attention allows you to refine alignment, understand technique, and build skills more quickly and safely.
• Support for Injuries or Limitations
Modifications are intentionally chosen for your body, helping you practice safely while rebuilding strength and balance.
• Build Confidence
A private setting removes pressure and allows you to ask questions, explore poses, and learn at your own pace.
• Consistent Accountability
Having a dedicated session helps you stay committed, make steady progress, and create a practice that truly fits your routine.
The Essence of Private Yoga

1:1 classes give you the space, guidance, and focus to grow with clarity. It’s a partnership that meets you exactly where you are and supports the version of yourself you’re working toward—stronger, calmer, more connected, and more confident in your practice.

Book a private yoga class with us today. Email us info@mandalayoga.ie or a quick call.

Yoga Flow Explained

Vinyasa is a dynamic, rhythmic style of yoga where breath and movement sync to create a continuous, flowing sequence. Instead of holding poses for long periods, you move through them with intention, building heat, strength, and focus. It’s mindful, energizing, and physically expressive—like meditation in motion.

We have daily yoga classes at Mandala. Check our schedule to start today.
https://mandalayoga.punchpass.com/classes

Benefits of Yoga Flow
• Strength + Stability
Consistent movement engages major muscle groups, building balanced strength and supporting healthy posture.
• Mobility + Flexibility
The flow between poses warms the body naturally, increasing range of motion and easing tight areas.
• Cardiovascular Boost
Vinyasa elevates the heart rate in a controlled, mindful way, offering a functional blend of strength and aerobic work.
• Mental Focus
Linking breath with movement anchors your attention, helping you stay present and interrupt patterns of stress or overwhelm.
• Empowering Energy
A dynamic flow can shift your mood fast. It clears mental fog, boosts confidence, and reconnects you with your physical power.

The Essence of Vinyasa
Vinyasa is about moving with purpose—not rushing, not forcing. It teaches you to ride the rhythm of your breath, build heat with awareness, and meet your edge with curiosity. Each flow becomes a practice in presence, resilience, and self-expression.

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice where poses are held for several minutes to target the fascia—the connective tissue that supports your muscles and joints. Instead of forcing the body to stretch, Yin invites stillness, softness, and gradual release. It’s a practice that helps you shift from constant doing into deep presence.

We have Yin Yoga 4 times a week at Mandala. Check our calendar to book in for your first class.
https://mandalayoga.punchpass.com/classes

Why Yin Yoga Helps
• Deep Release
Long holds allow tension stored in the body to unwind and the mind to settle.
• Better Mobility
By working with connective tissue, Yin supports healthier joints and improves flexibility over time.
• Nervous System Reset
Yin activates the parasympathetic nervous system, leaving you calmer and more grounded.
• Emotional Clarity
Stillness creates space for emotions to surface and be processed gently.
• Comfort in Stillness
Yin strengthens your ability to breathe through discomfort and find ease in slowing down.

The Essence of Yin

Yin isn’t about pushing. It’s about softening, listening, and allowing the body to open naturally. It’s a practice of presence, patience, and inner restoration.
