We host a range of daily morning and evening yoga classes and weekend classes and workshops: less stress, less pain, more wellbeing. We offer weekly vinyasa flow, yin, meditation and pilates classes. And organise community, 'pop up yoga' as well as workplace and teambuilding events. The Mandala Mantra is STRONG BODY | CALM MIND. The word Mandala means “sacred circle” in Sanskrit (मण्डल). Mandalas are circular, geometric designs that represent “wholeness”. The pattern of the circle is balanced, in harmony. The 'sacred space' within the circle is said to hold inner truth. Mandala symbolises circle, continuity, connectedness and represents our community of yogis, teachers, students and practitioners.

Beginners Welcome:
If you’re new to yoga join our popular Beginner Yoga Classes on Saturday mornings and Monday evenings.

We also offer Antenatal and Postnatal Yoga to support mums before and after birth.

AcuYoga Five Elements ~ our seasonal immersion series in collaboration with begins again this March.

Across this Year of the Fire 🔥 Horse 🐎 we will journey through the seasons and their associated Elements - Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water — bringing together the powerful modalities of yoga, breathwork and acupuncture to align our energies with the rhythms of nature.

Each 2.5-hour immersive workshop explores the Element of the season we are in. 🪵 🔥⚖️⚔️ 🌊

Accessible. Grounded. Experiential.

We begin with the Element of Wood 🪵 and the season of Spring 🌱 this Sat March 7th.

For another inspiring Breathwork Journey this Feb weeked ~ fuelled by Imbolc energy 🌱

This is in-between time is one of gentle “stirring” so this journey was about thawing what has felt frozen, softening what’s been held too long, releasing anything ready to move.

Through active Breathwork and quiet Meditation, yesterday was about creating time and space for discovery.

Held 🤝

In sound.
In circle.

The gentle stirring and awakening has begun. 🌱🫁

Big thanks to this wonderful troop of Piranha Triathletes who chose to travel YinSide (and SouthSide!) to us at Mandala today substituting RaceDaySaturday for SelfCare Saturday.

We slowed mind and body down, replenished reserves and restored tired muscles and achy joints.

Proof that sometimes slowing down is a real win. 💙♥️🧡

We also set medal 🥇 intentions for 2026 ~ More Joy, Balance, Presence, Focus, Enjoyment, Challenge, Friendship.

Now there’s a powerful training plan 💪🏾
