The Mandala Mantra is STRONG BODY | CALM MIND. The word Mandala means “sacred circle” in Sanskrit (मण्डल). Mandalas are circular, geometric designs that represent “wholeness”. The pattern of the circle is balanced, in harmony. The 'sacred space' within the circle is said to hold inner truth. Mandala symbolises circle, continuity, connectedness and represents our community of yogis, teachers, students and practitioners.

Yoga for Beginners is our twice weekly yoga class on Wed PM and Sat AM for anyone who is completely new to yoga and wants to learn this amazing practice that benefits both body and mind.

You can attend this beginners’ class as a one-off or drop in. But we recommend you sign up to our popular Yoga for Beginners course, which runs over 6 weeks.

On this course we introduce you step by step to the fundamental concepts and practice of yoga in a safe, fun and supportive environment.

We have TWO weekly classes: Wednesdays 5.45pm and Saturdays 9.30am

A gentle and introspective YogaSOMATICS Restorative Workshop which combines slow somatic movements and restorative supported poses.

This workshop will be floor-based, where subtle body movements and body sensations will be explored to find support and deep rest.

There will be gentle breathwork and guided relaxation. We will conclude our journey with a dreamy Yoga Nidra guided meditation for deep rest.

The warm, spicy scent of cinnamon incense creating an atmosphere of grounding, comfort and inner balance.

This workshop with Deirdre Madden from .es is designed to soothe the mind, replenish energy and restore a sense of calm presence.

Suitable for all levels except for pregnant students.

About Deirdre
Deirdre is the founder of Aura Space which provides spirit-infused rituals for earthly souls. She originally trained in 200H Vinyasa in Yoga Sacred Space in Wicklow followed by a 100H course in Yin and Yoga Nidra in Thailand. In 2024, she completed a 250H YogaSOMATICS programme. Having a background as a psychotherapist, her classes incorporate the mind-body-spirit connection with an emphasis on body and breath awareness and finding deep relaxation in Savasana. She has recently undertaken a Cacao Facilitation course and has a growing interest in spirituality.
